Refund policy

Please read our Refund and Exchange policy below. If you need any more clarification before making a purchase, please email shop@adelinethelabel.com and we will gladly answer any questions!

Due to high turnover of stock and availability, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have purchased an item but want a different size/color or if you don’t like your item(s) for any reason, simply send it back to us within 7 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Once we get your returned goods we will issue a personal credit code. Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order.

+ Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us. 

We are not liable or responsible for damages incurred by consumer. 

+ All Sale & Clearance Items are FINAL SALE - No Exceptions. 

+ Processing returns take 7-10 days to process. 

For any reason you do not want to keep your order, please email shop@adelinethelabel.com to request a return/exchange.

 

 

RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you if item is still in stock. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receiving the order to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days. If the item is out of stock at the time of exchange, we will offer full store credit or refund and a discount on a future purchase based on the extent of the damage or incorrect item on our part. *Note* You agree to these terms and conditions prior to placing the order.

ONLY PACKAGES FOLLOWING BELOW REQUIREMENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

Instructions:

Ensure you pack the shoes back in the original packing form. Meaning wrapped and packed exactly how you received them. Heel tips, dust covers, shoe tissue coverings must be intact. 

If there is any visible evidence of products being worn or used, it will void and null your return.

You are responsible for shipping the item to us by using the carrier of your choice. Unless provided otherwise.
